increase in inflation

in India, inflation ratehas gone up to the 11.05% till last week. and this must be going to increase in next week, as per the experties. how is it increse, this is very simple method now, price of oil is increase in every week, so this is very simple thing to understand, beside oil, every single thing is now costly.
this problem is not only for india, but for whole world. this inflation is incresing worldwide. so this is very hard stge for eyerybody.
so please, everyone help, to low down the inflation rate.
